About Us

Our family owned company was established in 1989 in New Britain, CT as Bright Cleaning Services with the intentions of providing housecleaning services in central Connecticut – Newington, Middletown, Avon, Glastonbury and more.

We have now been serving the Greater Hartford Area for over 30 years. Our hard work and experiences leveraged us in building a strong and loyal client base. Over the years, we expanded our services to offer our clients non-medical home care, in addition to our residential cleaning services. Now centralized in Farmington, CT. We take pride in being a large part of the community that we serve. Our professional service organization is well trained and passionate about its work. We are reliable and focused on making sure that we meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

We can create a weekly, biweekly, or monthly housekeeping schedule for your home, based on your budget and needs, to guarantee that it’s always looking its best. Vacuuming, window cleaning, mopping and so much more: we offer a full range of cleaning services, so your home is exactly how you want it to be.

We know that doing a spotless job on each visit is how we build your trust. Our friendly, professional staff and detail-oriented work ethic are how we built our reputation for customer satisfaction in West Hartford and the Greater Hartford Area.

After a few years of initial activity, we started to expand our range of operations to maid services, such as: laundry, ironing, light food preparation, shopping, driving and more.

At the turn of the 21st century, our company began providing non-medical assistance to elderly persons residing in West Hartford, Farmington and Glastonbury, generally in the central Connecticut area.

All activity concerning non-medical, elderly assistance was separated from Bright Cleaning Services and is now handled by our newly established branch Bright Care Services.

As a non-medical assistance company, we provide care on an hourly, daily, weekly or 24/7 basis for your loved ones who are unable to complete daily tasks or need additional help around the house due to age, illness or injury. Our assistance extends to clients in wheelchairs, such as helping transfer them from their wheelchairs to car seats, other chairs, toilet and more. We also assist clients with their showers, dressing up, food preparation and house cleaning.

We have experience working with clients that have Dementia and Alzheimer’s, whom require a lot of patience from any care taker. When working with people who are diabetic or have high blood pressure, we put as much attention as possible on diet and some physical activity.

We want our clients to have as much of a normal life as possible, despite the conditions they may endure. In non-medical assistance, we focus not only on the necessities of our client but also on their mental wellbeing, encouraging our staff to organize some entertainment for them or to take them out.

Both parts of our company, cleaning and home care, complement each other well and are very important to us. We will do our best to satisfy our clients with the best possible services we can offer.

Our business hours are from 8am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays. After business hours, one person from the office staff is always on call. Contact us in case of an emergency.
